The promise
Hook or refund. Open the library and search for what you sell. If you don't find 5 hooks you would actually put in a brief, you get your money back.
How to ask
- Email hello@shaanks.com within 14 days of paying, from the address on your account.
- Tell us what you searched. That is all we ask.
- We do not ask for proof or screenshots, there is no form, and we do not check how much you used the library.
- A request inside the 14 days is never refused.
We ask what you searched because it shows us which hooks are missing, and we go and find them.
What it covers
- Whatever you paid: $19 for the Supplement library, $29 for every niche, or the $10 upgrade.
- A free spot costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
When the money arrives
We start your refund within 2 working days. Razorpay then takes 5 to 7 working days to send it back to your original card or UPI, and some banks and card issuers take up to 10.
What ends
- Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your account and the 15 free hooks stay.
- A refunded upgrade ($10) returns you to the Supplement library.
- After 14 days the guarantee has run out and we do not refund, because the whole library is open from the moment of payment.
- Charged twice, or charged and the library did not open? Email us any time and we fix it, inside or outside the 14 days.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. It is a single payment, not a subscription.
